Hi Time for a rest me thinks. I really have no more space here. I shall no doubt add the odd one or two items and respond to mails, but sadly, that is about it for a while. Great fun I have to say.. And a rather large hole to fill Happy days scuzz
Large, large gap sorry in activity due to my being very busy at work and getting hooked on World of Warcraft Before the short intermission I had been concentrating on A500 cards and peripherals. I was most fortunate to discover a couple of very rare cards in A500s. Also I acquired much better boxed versions of A590, A570 together with boxed CD32. On the computer front I added a couple of old data terminals, a number of portable classics and a few ranges of machines otherwise missing from the collection i.e The Apricot. Consoles had a few fillers and the Famicom series finally benefited from the Disk System. Loads and loads of disks this session and major additions to magazines and software. Sorry for the delay, but hey... better late than never Kinda a retro motto that... Deep breath time... This sessions acquisitions ADDED TO THE COLLECTION Sept 2008 Full list as follows below... 21st September 2008 additions
Hi I guess I knew I had to venture off into something else at some time, and given my passion for computers it had to be related. World of Warcraft is something I have known about but avoided. Mainly cus of the graphics card and processing power of a machine required. Anyway I was gifted an old machine from work and banged in a NVidia and set up the port and I was hooked. And I mean hooked. When you jump into the World of Warcraft pond you never really want to come out. It really is one massive adventure. The world is vasta and the movement around is seamless. The quests are basic but they become ever more challenging. What is the massive bonus though is that you become involved in a truly explosive and very active fantasy community. And WOW folk take this game very seriously. I am now a Level 70 mage with Spellcloth skill... A Level 32 Paladin and a Level 26 Preist. Getting the Mage to 70 which is the highest level was a massive achievement. Particularly the Spellcoth tailor skill.. Would take me forever to explain the game. All I can say is if you ever enjoyed D&D this is the place for you. Truly magical. scuzz
