ScuzzBlog: Diaries December 2017 Entry 28th December 2017: Post: 3 Amiga 3000 and 4000 boards out of hybernation Kinda cruel thing to do over the winter but I needed to check over my A3000 and A4000 motherboards. And so I opened the large tubs and removed the two precious boxes for inspection. Both boards are for projects. The 3000 for a UX machine and the 4000 for my broken A4000 that I featured earlier in the year. First though I had to move out the way an old A4000d motherboard that was placed in the same storage tub. Sad little board this. I collected the A4000d which was retrieved from an old shed and the father of the guy selling the computer was a little puzzled that I would buy a broken computer. Suffice to say the A4000d was repaired. Basically I purchased a board from the States and she's been working ever since Sadly I was unble to do anything with this board The A3000 motherboard The A4000 motherboard What ... Did you think I was going to leave that there. That's why I opened the tub in the first place. Nasty little thing. Looks generally fine below All nicely tucked away Not you !! Bugger off Found this odd looking board in the tub A PAL encoder board by LOLA Electronics All done for today... Tea I guess
