I'm guessing a floppy drive on the top case over time Strange wire for a very old machine Star screws Green side down on the keyboard No ribbon on the keyboard ie the muticoloured one on the previous machine And that rare and magical C= Green and no ribbon So that's where the wire goes Not the battery you think it is Keeping the fat lady held down I'm glad they sorted that mess out with the later boards And she's alive Definitely a red light area
