Whilst sorting out magazine articles and disks in respect of the game Beneath a Steel Sky I kinda marvelled at how consistent the Amiga Format brigade were in providing not only top quality software but also a classic game with each and every issue. I feature here ten editions of disk to demonstrate just what was on offer with each of their monthly magazines. Amiga Format was in the end the best of all the Amiga magazines. The publications were always the thickest and the articles inside well presented and most informative. The magazine outlived all of the competition and absorbed many of the others. In addition to the standard disks, subscribers benefited from a special disk and also received the supplement rag. I can pretty much map the activity and fortunes of the Amiga from the cover artwork to Amiga Format. Anyhoo here are those ten editions which were released either side of the featured Beneath a Steel Sky review. Do try and get the magazines and disks proper and not just as a digital download.
