I have two 464Plus and a 6128Plus and on the 464 the keys have started to go mildly yellow. Not a problem for me but suggest a depreciation that will get worse even when stored in their boxes. All units work though I have needed to replace the odd rubber band. It is certainly worth using the computers at odd times even when in storage to keep the mechanisms working. Good fun I have to say. And sadly, yes, you will also need the monitor. Such a pain. Amstrad 464Plus - Plus boxes That last one is my stationed 6128Plus
