Commodore C64C Even more Light Fantastic.
I went in search of the second of my Light Fantastic boxes and
found the jewel in my big box collection. This box is in pretty
good condition and holds the entire contents of the C64C Light
Fantastic presentation box set. The box even has the original
3D glasses... which is nice. The jewel however was another box
and that was the Hollywood pack.
For a change I had left the games and software in the box and
including the guides, books and warranty paperwork. All in the
same white box as the Light Gun.
The computer itself was in beautiful condition and worked without
fault, as far as I could see. No yellowing and a kinda new feel
to the machine. So 'Light' and so ' Fantastic'.
So what was next in my search for big box sets. Well I knew I
had the Hollywood set. This particular package took me like an
eternity to put together. Problem for me was finding the thing.
Anyway, find it I did ... ' You gotta be joking '. Not gonna
happen sadly, just way too down under piles of stored computers.
And so that kinda concludes the C64C hunt for big boxes. Well
nearly as I am expecting a package in the post. More to follow.
If you don't have a box set it's worth just getting any old box
you can acquire, say off Ebay and then spend a while searching
and collecting all the various contents of the box. Just make
the process into a challenge. It really is very rewarding.

Hollywood
So I found the Hollywood box. Green squares
and black stripes below the F48. Sadly that
is a challenge that I passed on. Too much.
