ScuzzBlog: Diaries May 2018 Entry 19th May 2018: Post: 1 BBC A3000 - Very British .. In need of a monitor So I have watering can in one hand and cuppa tea in the other and other than for the fact it aint raining it really did feel like a very British kinda Saturday morning. So much so I decided to spend the day with my little Acorns. The problem with these computers is that each and every one of them like different monitors. I have some hooked up to Amstrads, others to Acorn monitors and some like the Station plugged into a modern flat screen. The problem computer is the A3000 which truly is a pig of a computer to get a monitor working with. So I put down the watering can and prayed it would rain today and finished off my tea and into the stores to find a monitor. Here goes... twas a long day I can tell you. And its the 19th May BBC A3000 and the Electrohome OK first candidate for use with the Acorn The Electrohome from April 86 product of Japan made at the Iwai Plant You gotta be kidding I mean what computer would work with that ? Works with my Amiga 2000 Even has its own dog kennel at the back Sadly no use for the Acorn.. Keep looking
