ScuzzBlog: Diaries September 2017 Entry 24th September 2017: Post: 1 Basically Ready Part 1 Fire up any machine running BASIC and you will be confronted with the word READY. This sums up a number of computers that I have sitting in the wings that are not connected but can be loaded into position and fired up as and when necessary. It is important to me now to keep as many computers as possible in good working order. I find the best way to do this is to simply keep using them. That includes disk drives and tape machines also. And so today I hooked up my computers in reserve as it were and checked to see if they were running OK.
