Hi
Small package in the post with my Commodore 128 CP/M System. Disk
complete with CP/M Plus Version 3. Not sure if the disk is an original
or just a copy. Matters not. In truth if the disk is a copy then it will
maybe last a touch longer. And so time to fire up the C128 desktop
plastic. This being the plastic version of the C128D which was shipped in
Europe with the very neat carry handle and wire tidy to the rear.

The disk booted no problem. I have a Commodore monitor that was designed
for the C128D .....

And so when I entered the old DIR I got the welcome sight of the CP/M
CP/M 3.0 on the Commodore 128 1 Aug 85 40 column display
A>dir
A : CPM+ SYS : CCP COM : HELP
A : KEYFIG HLP : FORMAT COM : PIP
A>[] fc
R A01 10
On my original disk I also get
A : DATE COM : DATEC ASM : DATEC
Both are CPM+ though so no problems.
My original 5.25" disk is a Dysan 100 FORMATTED FOR IBM PC XT AND
COMPATIBLES
DOUBLE SIDED - DOUBLE DENSITY
48 TPI
RECORDER # 802600
The new disk is a Parrot .. and guess what I just acquired a special
Parrot floppy disk hard case from a Charity Shop online.
Happy days
